Our local grocery store is called FRED MEYER, and when my daughter was learning how to read, she looked at the store's signage and said, "I always thought it was called FRIEND MEYER." So cute :)
That is cute! Until recently I thought the Beach Boys sang "she'll have fun, fun, fun, 'til her daddy takes the keyboard away." The keyboard may have belonged to Friend Meyer.
And I only know about one line for every song. I've had Bonnie Tyler's "Turn Around Bright Eyes" stuck in my head for a full week now that I learned the lyrics: "I don't know what to do
And I'm always in the dark
We're living in a powder keg and giving off sparks."

Have you heard of the term "eggcorn"? It all makes sense now. https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2015/06/01/411231029/here-are-100-eggcorns-that-we-say-pass-mustard
Love it! That’s right up there with singing the wrong lyrics, which I do ALL THE TIME.

Who knew those were the lyrics??
